  1. Start by adding all the ingredients to the slow cooker.
  2. Set the slow cooker to high heat and cook for 6 hours. Soon, your home will be filled with a wonderful aroma.
  3. At the 6-hour mark, check the meat. It should be tender enough to pull apart easily.
  4. Once you have shredded the pork, return it to the slow cooker to keep warm until you’re ready to serve.

Notes

Serve the pulled pork with mashed potatoes, beans, and coleslaw, or place it on a soft, fresh brioche bun with pickles and coleslaw.
