Return policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Eligible returns must be in the same condition as when you received them: unused, unsealed, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A refund will be issued once the items are received and inspected.

We will assist you with the instructions on how to send your package and where to send it. We are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the issue is due to an error made by Hogtown Spice Company. Original shipping is non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization obtained through our customer service; otherwise, we cannot accept the return.
