CHICKEN
- PREPPING CHICKEN
- Cut chicken thighs or breast in 1 inch cubes, add Hogtown Kebab seasoning, lemon, plain yogurt, cubed onions, sea salt and mix well to coat. Cover and set aside. Refrigerate if you are not using it right away.
- If you have time marinate for 20 to 30 mins
- BBQ or Cooking in Frying Pan
- In a heated large pan add neutral oil to prevent sticking. Cook for 4 to 5 mins a side.
- Air Fryer
- add to air fryer upright at 400 degrees for 5 mins
PREPPING TOPPINGS:
- OPTION 1: Sliced Vegetables
- Slice tomatoes, lettuce, and sweet onion
- OPTION 2: Lebanese Salata (see recipe)
- Vegetable mixture prep like you would a salsa, cube tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and minced curly parsley, mix and set aside.
- OPTION 3: Vermicelli Rice
- Serve with Vermicelli Rice
