30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return.
Damaged Items & Broken Glass
We take great care in our packaging, but we know accidents happen during transit.
Free Replacements: If your order arrives with broken glass jars, we will provide a free replacement immediately.
How to Report: Please contact us at info@hogtownspicecompany.ca within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number so we can ship your replacement out right away.
Eligibility for Standard Returns
For non-damaged items, returns must be in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for a refund:
Unused and unsealed (original safety seals must be intact).
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
All standard returns must be pre-authorized.
Authorization: Contact us at info@hogtownspicecompany.ca to initiate the process. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items. However, if the return is due to an error made by Hogtown Spice Company, we will cover the shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
