Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add 1 kg of Ground beef to a large bowl
  2. Add 3 tbsp Hogtown Kebab seasoning, 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  3. Mince the onion, garlic, and parsley and add them to the bowl.
  4. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  5. If you are in a pinch or short on time, you can skip step three.
  6. Cut tomatoes, onions, and peppers in half and peppers in quarters.
  7. Skewer the meat on flat metal skewers (if you are using wood skewers, remember to soak them to prevent burning).
  8. Alternatively, shape it into cylindrical pieces, similar to a hog dog.
  9. Cooking Method:
  10. BBQ: Grill the meat, as no extra oil is required, since the beef naturally renders a lot of fat. Cooking time is 10-12 minutes on medium heat.
  11. Oven: Place the meat on a cookie sheet with a rack and add the vegetables. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
  12. Stove Top: In a large stovetop pan, add the kebabs and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Flip over mid-cook.
