Creole Salmon is so flavourful and herbaceous. It is elegant, yet so easy to prepare.

- cut salmon fillet into individual portions. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of Hogtown Creole Seasoning on each.
- In a large pan add 1/8 cup of neutral oil, allow the oil to heat up. On a medium to high heat add the salmon to the pan. Turn down the heat to med and allow it to cook for 3 to 5 mins a side.
- Note: Recommended temp salmon should reach an internal temperature of 70°C (158°F)
- Set aside and let it sit for 7 to 10 mins.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
