Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pork shoulder

  • 4 tbsp Hogtown Original

  • 1/2 tbsp sea salt

  • 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 2 shallots

  • 2 green onions

Instructions

  1. Start by adding all the ingredients to the slow cooker.

  2. Set the slow cooker to high heat and cook for 6 hours. Soon, your home will be filled with a wonderful aroma.

  3. At the 6-hour mark, check the meat. It should be tender enough to pull apart easily.

  4. Once you have shredded the pork, return it to the slow cooker to keep warm until you’re ready to serve.
