Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 peppers

  • 1 zucchini

  • 12 cremini mushrooms

  • 12 green asparagus

  • 1 large onion

  • 1 tbsp Hogtown Original or Mediterranean Seasoning

  • 1 tsp of sea salt (optional)

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Dijon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prep the Vegetable: In a bowl, add washed and dried vegetables.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of Hogtown Original, ½ teaspoon of sea salt, 1/3 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and 1 tbsp Dijon vinegar to a bowl and whisk until combined.

  3. Gently toss sliced vegetables in a bowl

  4. Grilling the Vegetables: Add to a medium-hot grill and turn halfway through cooking. Cook time is about 15-20 minutes.
