Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
2 lb. chicken thighs or breast
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp kebab seasoning
1/2 lemon squeezed
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 yellow onion
Instructions
Prepping Chicken
Cut chicken thighs or breasts into 1-inch cubes. Add Hogtown Kebab seasoning, lemon, plain yogurt, cubed onions, and sea salt, and mix well to coat. Cover and set aside. Refrigerate if you are not using it right away.
If you have time, marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Prepare by skewering the kebabs on bamboo skewers or metal skewers. For the air fryer or oven method, use wooden skewers.
Cooking Skewers on the BBQ
Grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side over medium to high heat.
Cooking Skewers in the Oven
For the oven method, you will need a cookie sheet and a grid placed on it. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook on the broil setting (top burner) for 5-10 minutes.
Notes
Soak skewers to prevent them from burning or flaring up. Alternate each piece of chicken with a square piece of onion.
